The Red Apron
Jennifer Heagle and Jo-Ann Laerty operate The Red Apron, a meal service catering company that specializes in fresh, wholesome, well-prepared food. They use local, hormone and antibiotic free meats, organic dried goods and fresh produce from local growers and producers where possible.
Justine, a cherished member of the team, developed the Apple Cranberry Granola, and three other granola recipes, marketed under the name Justine's Granola. They use only the highest quality ingredients, organic rolled oats, organic fair-trade cinnamon, sea salt, organic Ontario apple cider, local Ottawa honey, apple juice-sweetened organic dried cranberries.
