Aaron Laforest, left, and Derrick Cvitkovich are the co-owners of The Holy Grill in Daegu, South Korea. Aaron, from Sarnia, Ontario, and Vancouver-born Derrick arrived on the Korean Peninsula in 2000 and quickly realized eating kimchi with chopsticks everyday just wasn't going to cut it.

The Holy Grill has been satisfying ex-pat cravings and educating local Korean palates since 2007 with what they call "eclectic truck stop food."

After watching friend Kate Drummond in Sweet Tarts Takeaway, they asked if they could contribute a recipe. We said "sure" and they sent us the one for their famous Cajun Smothered Chicken Sandwich.
