Graham Greer, Musician

Graham Greer is a singer-songwriter from Cornwall, Ontario. Up to this point, he has been best known as the lead singer/guitarist/songwriter of Barstool Prophets, who toured Canada and the US through much of the 1990's in support of two major-label releases while signed to Mercury/Polygram (1995's Crank and1997's Last of the Big Game Hunters).

Graham has since released a new self-titled solo CD in 2009 co-produced by veteran American producer Joe Hardy (ZZ Top, Steve Earle, Tom Cochrane). He has earned numerous awards, including ‘Best Male’ at 2009 Barrie New Music Awards, and 'Canadian People’s Choice’ in the 2009 NPR Mountain Stage Newsong Contest. His song 'Wire-Walker’ received ‘Honorable Mention’ in the prestigious 2009 New York Songwriters Circle and received ‘Honorable Mention’ in the (equally) prestigious 2010 Nashville Songwriters Association Song Contest.
